How To Appeal Your 2021 Property Taxes

The Village of Hillside is hosting a seminar on how to appeal your property taxes in conjunction with the Proviso Township Assessor's Office on Tuesday, December 27th at 6:00 PM. The seminar will be held at the Hillside Village Hall Board Room, 425 Hillside avenue.
The seminar will be conducted by the Proviso Township Assessor's office who will inform homeowners how to gather evidence for an appeal with the Cook County Assessor. Taxpayers are encouraged to bring their Tax Bill, Assessment Notice or Property Identification Number to the seminar.
Deadline to file an appeal is January 3, 2023.
