A Public Hearing has been scheduled for January 11, 2023, at 7:30 P.M., in the Board Room, located at 425 Hillside Avenue, Hillside, IL 60162 to consider approval of the proposed North Mannheim Road Redevelopment Project TIF District located at 250 N. Mannheim Road. The proposed Project Area consists of 10 acres and encompasses two parcels (15-17-201-029-0000 and 15-17-201-030-0000) under the address of 250 N. Mannheim Road.
