February 26 -  Cook County Department of Public Health is offering free physicals for those who qualify.
Services include: 
Complete physical including prostate and testicular exams or breast and pelvic exams including pap smears, tests for anemia and diabetes, screening for high blood pressure and cholesterol, TB test, immunizations, urinalysis and health counseling.
